I needed frames in a hurry so I indicated 2nd day delivery. The cost would have been $50.00 via UPS. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Decor advising me they would ship out my order using US Postal- 2 day priority at HALF the cost. So nice to deal with a company that uses common sense and watches out for their customers interest.

I received a very unusual task where I would need 2000+ frames in the course of a year. I searched the internet and located Decor Frames. I cold called them and the rest is history. What stands out is their customer service. They sent me a sample frame so I could make sure I was comfortable with their product; the only company that suggested doing that. Because my storage space is so limited, I needed them to make incremental deliveries, and they were more than accommodating, tracking deliveries and checking my progress so we would not experience a work stoppage due to a lack of frames. The project is nearing completion, and I just have to thank Ms. Shirley for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend Decor Frames.

These frames are easy to assemble, fit well, look beautiful and are very competitive priced. My e-mails were answered quickly which made the purchase process easy. Suggestions were made for the best way to construct and support larger frames. An issue with one pair was quickly remedied. I had been concerned about working with a company located thousands of miles away from me but I could not be more satisfied with the quality and service we received. I first found Decor Frames by letting my fingers search the web. What a great jewel I found! The frames are perfect, and come in various widths/lengths and colors. I love that i can make a custom frame with a minimal cost. Many of the frames I need are not your standard sizes so it gives me the opportunity to make the sizes I need without getting charged an arm and a leg and being able to pass this along to my customers as well. The frames are super easy to put together which is an added bonus. I normally receive my frames within 3-4 days after ordering tops. If I have a questions, their staff is happy to assist in any way. When we have so many businesses to choose from, I am happy to say every time I need a frame, I know who I am contacting — Decor Frames. They are customer service oriented and friendly. I know every time I order my frames, they will be delivered in a timely manner, are accurate and my product is in perfect condition.
