When you receive your order, please inspect it. All defective or damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours. If you wish to return or exchange frames you must do so within 14 days upon receipt. There will be a 25% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless it was a human error on our part.
Sales Tax — 6.0% sales tax will be charged to orders shipped within the state of Michigan. If you have a resale certificate, please let us know so that we can make sure you are not charged sales tax.
